Setting Sail for Generosity: Grace-Anne Alfiero Leads Stewardship Workshop for Episcopal Diocese of Southwest Florida

On August 23, 2025, the Episcopal Diocese of Southwest Florida welcomed Grace-Anne Alfiero, MFA, President of Arts in Action Consulting, to lead its annual stewardship workshop, Full Sail Stewardship: Navigating Giving Across Generations.

Held at the DaySpring Conference Center, the one-day event brought together clergy and lay leaders eager to explore fresh approaches to stewardship. With her signature blend of expertise and energy, Grace-Anne challenged participants to rethink traditional giving strategies, offering practical tools to inspire generosity in faith communities.

Exploring Giving Across Generations

Throughout the day, Grace-Anne guided attendees through thought-provoking sessions on how different generations approach charitable giving—and how churches can craft ministry-based stewardship strategies that resonate in today’s evolving landscape. Using case studies from both faith-based and nonprofit campaigns, she provided real-world examples that connected theory to practice.
